1. Products Return & Refund Policy
- Return Shipping: The customer bears the return shipping cost unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for unopened, unused, and sealed products within 7 days of delivery.
- Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used skincare products due to hygiene and safety concerns.
- Refund Method: Refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
2. Service Appointments (Facial, Massage, Manicure/Pedicure)
- Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment for a full refund or reschedule.
- Late Cancellations/No-Show: Less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to show up will result in a 50% charge of the service amount.
- Refund for Services: Services once rendered are non-refundable.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Cancellation

- For product returns, ship to address mentioned on receipt.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@jeune-et-jolie.com and send your item to shipped from address.
